Store Manager - L'OCCITANE Melbourne Domestic Airport
Contract: Full-Time
Location: Melbourne Domestic Airport, VIC

Since we began in France in 1976 we have prided ourselves in supplying our customers with authentic skin care, body care and fragrances that are true to our Mediterranean roots. Our aim is to make every customer who walks into our stores fall in love with the L'Occitane brand.
As Store Manager you will be responsible for leading the team to achieve the store goals including sales targets, stock control, rosters and wage control, and coaching and developing your team. We are looking for a passionate person who has proven retail management experience with very high standards in customer service, merchandising, store presentation and can make a positive contribution to our team environment.
For success in this role you must have:
- previous experience in a retail management role
- proven results in sales
- a passion for providing outstanding customer service
- a clear communication style
- flexibility to work a roster that will include extended trading hours, public holidays and alternative weekends
