Contract: Full-Time (Maternity Cover for 1 year)

A very exciting opportunity is currently available for a 1 year maternity leave cover for a Sales and Training Coach based in Sydney. This role requires up to 70% Inter-State travel.

- Create, organise and deliver inspiring training sessions and in field coaching.
- Update, improve and develop training documents
- Identify training needs and build personalised and measurable action plans for employees.
- Develop effective training solutions based on evolving business needs.
- Provide ongoing effective feedback to relevant team members following training and coaching sessions.
- Deliver coaching sessions that lead to measurable KPI improvements and a visible sales increase.
- Organise all training sessions, including logistics (flights, accommodations etc.)
- Support our Regional Management team and Boutique Managers on effective coaching skills. 

- You are energetic and have a positive 'can do' attitude.
- You have excellent attention to detail.
- You are highly professional and have great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You are extremely organised.
- You are innovative and inspiring.
- You love retail and sales.
- You work well autonomously and in a team environment.
- You ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- You love to travel.
