Our response to COVID-19


Dear Customers & L’OCCITANE Family,
At L’OCCITANE, the health and safety of our team and customers is our number one priority. L’OCCITANE has always had very strict hygiene protocols in boutique, and with the rising prevalence of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have further intensified the cleaning and sanitising of our boutiques and warehouse to best protect our customers’ and employees’ well-being.

We are closely following Government advice, and for now, all of our 56 boutiques around the country will remain open. We have introduced a number of measures in our boutiques and warehouse to ensure we continue to put the health and safety of both our employees and customers first. This includes:

  • Removing testers and enforcing a ‘no touch’ policy between our boutique teams and customers
  • Communicating with all our teams across the country on maintaining effective cleanliness and hygiene practices
  • Increased cleaning of our boutiques and warehouse
  • Pausing all Hand & Arm massages, Skincare Consultations and Events in our boutiques until further notice and will instead offer demonstrations on how to apply our products, so you can self-apply
  • We will still have wash stations operating in every boutique, where we welcome you drop in and wash your hands and arms
If, at this time, you are more comfortable ordering online, please visit contiune to browse the website. Be assured that we are working hard to deliver your online orders safely and on time. All deliveries will now be contactless, meaning no signature will be required, in accordance with Australia Post’s updated COVID-19 policies.

We will continue to monitor the updates from the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government Department of Health and act on any developments as necessary.
