We will include the correct packaging based on the number and size of products ordered and don't forget the gift card message! Once you have chosen the gift option, you can enter a personalised message to be included with the package.

With every order, you can add 3 FREE samples of our best selling and new products to your bag for you to try when your delivery arrives at your door. Simply pick your samples at checkout and they will be added to your order.

How to Order Online

Adding items to your cart

When browsing through our website click on a product image for more detailed information.
Specify the quantity and click on ADD TO BAG. The item will be automatically added to your basket.
You can review the items in your cart at any time by clicking the cart button or VIEW MY BAG on the top right on any page throughout the website.

Adding a promo code

On the cart summary, you may amend the quantity or delete an item from your cart.
You can enter a promotion code in the designed field and click REDEEM PROMOTION.
In this section, you may choose samples, add gift packaging and add your own personalised gift message.

Log into your account

- If you are member of L'Occitane VIP program in store and receive our emails, hit FORGOT PASSWORD and enter your email address to retrieve your account.

- If you have never provided your email address in store, create an account using your email address or Facebook, Google or Instagram account.

Shipping and Billing address

Add your billing and delivery address. If your billing address is different from your delivery address; click edit and fill out the fields.
Choose your preferred delivery method. Click CONTINUE CHECKOUT.

Payment options

Choose your desired payment method and click FINALISE CHECKOUT.
Enter your payment details in our secured payment gateway.
If you wish to, you can also select to save your payment card information by selecting the tick box.


Track your order

You're all done! You'll receive your order confirmation number by email.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking email by Australia Post. This email will allow you to track your order.
