COVID-19 DELIVERY DELAYS

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we have an increased volume of online orders. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. Following dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information, if you don't receive tracking details please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance. Once your order is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, we advise you take into current Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable beyond L'OCCITANE AUSTRALIA reasonable control.

Important note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience longer delivery times during peak sale periods; due to COVID-19*, due to wild weather, or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond L'OCCITANE AUSTRALIA reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, Australia and so we follow all NSW Public Holidays. If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and the next available order processing business day (Monday - Friday).

Deliveries will be made between 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), we ask for a contactless signature* to be required upon all deliveries. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

SIGNITURE NOT REQUIRED DURING COVID-19*
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all deliveries (at your delivery address or at the Post Office) will no longer require a signature. A courier or staff member will ask and record your name, and acknowledge delivery in the system. Someone will need to be at the delivery address for this to occur, otherwise standard delivery procedures apply. L'OCCITANE bears no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
If you select ‘authority to leave’, you understand and agree that this gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave your order in question unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a contactless signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. This will be where the driver deems appropriate. In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 752 764 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or send us an email, here. All claims must be reported to our Customer Service team, within 24hrs of delivery. L'OCCITNAE is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.

ORDERS CONTAIN AEROSOLS & EAU DE TOILETTES
If the item(s) in your order are declared as an aerosol(s) or Eau De Toilette(s) they require some extra care when packaging. Please note these orders will not qualify for SAME DAY or EXPRESS DELIVERY.
