POSITION SUMMARY / FACTS
This role will be pivotal implementation of our marketing plan across General Wholesale from creative execution and follow up of campaign POS and print materials to campaign results and sales analysis.
The role offers the potential to be involved in the full marketing mix and is perfect for an individual who is tenacious, thrives in a fast paced environment managing numerous projects at once and is looking to expand on his/her marketing experience.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
End to end campaign management, including ticket lodgement, table set up with VM, organisation of printing, delivering campaign collateral and campaign guide creation for David Jones, Pharmacy, Wholesale, online retailers and TVSN in a timely manner
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate new store openings
Organising price ticketing for various channels/ data upload for price changes
Organise the development of Strategy presentations, booklets and new products samples for retailers
Support B2B/Corporate Channel with any marketing requirements
Support existing and potential Wholesale accounts with adhoc marketing requests
collateral type (posters, show cards
and the various print materials (leaflet, flyers) that need to be created for each campaign.
Write copy and coordinate the briefing of documents to graphic designer to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, in line with our brand image.
Create a Campaign Communication Pack (CCP) for each campaign; collating information from various departments to give accounts one comprehensive document they can rely on.
Liaise with the Supply Chain department and/or warehouse to ensure all stock deliveries are planned and products are available for the launch of the campaign.
Maintain and Update Wholesale Order Forms and implementation of price changes.
Work within budget frame and follow up with the finance team.
Accurate and timely analysis at the end of each campaign, looking at effectiveness, promotional performances, ROI and key learnings.
Run regular dashboards on sales to better understand the business, identify strengths and weaknesses and recommend accurate actions.
Become familiar with the merchandising practice of L’Occitane through the guide and with the Marketing Director implement those standards in the stores
Fully support changes and adaptations in the Visual Merchandising platform.
Keep up to date with new products, the store schematics in both visual and Excel formats and communicate to the Supply Chain team about changes in wholesale assortment
Support Area Managers with new store openings

POSITION / PRE-REQUISITES

2 years’experience within a similar role - preferably in the retail industry.
Experience working with Department stores and pharmacy channels.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexible, must be able to function in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to define and meet project deadlines.
Good understanding of marketing with room to develop with guidance.
Able to respectfully give and receive feedback
